Guarantee & Return Policy
Naturally, we want our customers to be completely satisfied and happy with the Perfect Petfeeder. Following your purchase if any problems or difficulties arise, we are at your service to help resolve them so that you and your pet can relax and enjoy the benefits of our automated solution.
If, however, within 60 days of delivery you or your pet are not completely satisfied with the Perfect Petfeeder, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price according to the following.
- Merchandise must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging.
- Returned item must include all original accessories, manuals, cards, etc.
- Prior to shipping the unit back, the customer must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Pillar Pet Products. Simply e-mail your request by clicking here.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Insurance and tracking are recommended, as we are not responsible for the returned item until it actually arrives at our facility.
- Customers returning products will be refunded the full purchase price. Any shipping charges originally paid by the customer will not be refunded.
